“Uh oh trouble,” Tony Rodriguez says as he sees police approaching his tent on a downtown San Diego sidewalk. “I’m probably going to go to jail today.”

The scene, filmed on a downtown San Diego street last year, opens “Tony — The Movie,” an hour-long documentary shot by first-time filmmaker and South Park resident Dennis Stein, who followed Rodriguez around with a hand-held camera for about a year.
